iSAC at the Seamless eGovernment workshop (Brussels, Dec. 20th)

iSAC,  the ICT innovative solution to enhance public authorities' capability to respond to citizens' attention and information requirements, will be presented next Tuesday, 20th at an event promoted by the European Commission and epractice.eu in Brussels.

At the present, the system is already installed in Spain, France, Germany, Italy and Ireland.

Searching engines & online information services: a workshop in Prato

A workshop focused on concrete experiences in the use of searching engines technologies for citizens' online information services improvement, will be held in Prato on December, 20th.

The event (half a day, from 9.30 to 13.00), will be the occasion both  to share best practices from local public administrations and ICT enterprises in Tuscany region and to present the results for the iSAC system in the Prato Municipality.

The eChallenges e-2011 Conference will  takes place in Florence, (Italy) hosted by the Regional Government of Tuscany, on October 26-28th 2011.

The goals of e-2011 are to promote ICT knowledge sharing and innovation between commercial organisations, government agencies and the research community, exhange experiences about the current state of eAdoption at a sectoral, national or regional level and stimulate rapid take-up of Research and Technology Development (RTD) results by industry and in particular SMEs.

The Major Cities of Europe annual conference, that will be held in Prato, from May 23rd at 2:00 pm to May 25th at 1:30 pm. On May 25th, after the conclusion of the conference, in the same location will take place a workshop focused on the iSAC6+ project.
