iSAC6+ at the Major Cities of Europe annual conference in Prato (Italy)

The Major Cities of Europe annual conference, that will be held in Prato, from May 23rd at 2:00 pm to May 25th at 1:30 pm. On May 25th, after the conclusion of the conference, in the same location will take place a workshop focused on the iSAC6+ project.
The workshop will focus on the achievements of this project and stimulate the discussion about the usage of artificial intelligence to facilitate the comprehension of citizens' demands when formulated in colloquial language on web sites. The event is jointly organized with the european progect digital cities: running until December 2011, the project aims to promote the concept of a ‘Digital City' by taking best practice examples from across Europe and applying them in the local context.
