The iSAC6+ project included in the 6th edition of "Paroles d'élus"

The 2010 issue of "Paroles d 'élus" (Words of elected representatives) a collection of ICT and communication initiatives carried out by local public communities in France and in Europe is now online and free to access.

This 6th edition of "Paroles d'élus" presents 53 ICT initiatives from the metropolitan and overseas France territories led in all the domains of local public action : economic development, local authority management , health and social care, public services, tourism, culture and education.

The "Services au public" chapter of this new volume which is focused on how to enhance the public service accessibility at the local level, includes a brief presentation of the iSAC6+ project deployment and implementation in the city of Saint Médard en Jalles. iSAC is an innovative ICT solution specially designed at the aim to improve the efficiency of existing citizens' attention services.
