White paper: innovative egovernment initiatives in the Gironda Department (France)

The department of the Gironde, one of the five departments of the Aquitaine region (France), has recently published on the web (http://www.gironde.fr)  a white paper focused on innovative project and initiatives carried out at the local level in order to increase online public services.
